But the melting points of most anti-blocking agents are low, and the amount added in the resin cannot be too large, or otherwise it will seriously affect the film performance. In addition, organic anti-blocking agents are mostly unstable in the resin, and a large amount of anti-blocking agents may separate out in actual application, affecting the printing quality of the film, and meanwhile the precipiation of anti-blocking agent will affect the quality of the packaged. This kind of film cannot be used for the packages of food, influencing the application and yield of films.
Inorganic film anti-blocking agent
Inorganic anti-blocking agent mainly refers the anti-blocking agent produced by natural ore crushed to a certain particle size.The anti-blocking principle of inorganic anti-blocking agent(including synthetic type) is that:the film surface can be raised,so that the air can permeate and reduce the negative pressure between films. On the other hand, due to the increase of the film surface roughness and permeation of the air, the contact surface between films is reduced and the friction force is reduced.
The inorganic anti-blocking agent is a good solution to the application of the fim after added the anti-blocking agent, and especially the printing performance has been significantly improved. At present, the industrial used inorganic anti-blocking agent is still of large particles, which is difficult to disperse. And also it is easy to form fisheye and splay mark in the process of film blowing or film pulling, and the impact of inorganic anti-blocking agent on the performance of the filling system isalso significant.

In recent years, the size of developed crystal synthetic inorganic anti-blocking agent is controlled well, with uniform particles, and especially the synthetic anti-blocking agent has a certain amount of micropore, which is able to embed part of polymer exposed molecular head to some extent, forming a macro-nucleation center in the polymer.
